Portelli Electrical Solutions does residential, commercial and industrial work across Sydney, from new build rough ins to medical fit outs. The site had one job above all others: get a phone call or a quote request from someone standing in a half wired house.

The brief
Portelli Electrical Solutions is a licensed electrical contractor working Sydney wide, with a lot of work in the Hills District, Parramatta and Bankstown. The services run from downlights and switchboard upgrades to shop fit outs, medical fit outs, data cabling and CCTV. The business had a strong Google rating and a folder of job photos but nowhere to put them. The site needed to carry the licence and insurance story, show the work, make the phone number one tap away and put a quote form in front of every visitor.
The approach
The owner talks short and direct, so the headline is in capitals and the lines are punchy. The theme is near black with a red accent, which makes the phone button in the header impossible to miss. Fonts are system fonts, so nothing is downloaded before the page can be read. The quote form lives on the homepage rather than a separate contact page, because a tradie's customer is on their phone with a problem right now. Reviews and job photos do the trust work. It is also the site we point to for Google Business Profile work: the profile and the site say the same things, and reviews are asked for with a link.
The build
A homepage that does most of the work, with service pages for new builds, medical fit outs, downlight installation, switchboard upgrades, data cabling and CCTV, plus an areas page. A phone button sits in the header on mobile and click to call links repeat down the page. There is a stats bar, service cards, a captioned gallery of twelve job photos including a martial arts studio, a medical ward and rooftop AC units, six Google review cards with reviewer names, an embedded Google Map, and a short quote form that posts straight to the inbox.
