PACT Physio and Rehab treats musculoskeletal injury and chronic pain from a clinic in Miranda, with telehealth across Australia. The site is less a brochure than a map of every reason someone in the Sutherland Shire might search for a physio.

The brief
PACT Physio and Rehab is run by Andrew Ellis, an AHPRA and SIRA registered physiotherapist who has practised dry needling for more than fourteen years. The clinic sees private patients, Medicare chronic disease management referrals, workers compensation and CTP claims, and it bills insurers direct with no gap. The site needed to explain fees without a PDF, speak plainly about what dry needling is and is not, make online booking one tap away, and rank for the suburbs, conditions and services people in the Shire search for.
The approach
The clinic's tone is confident and unhurried, so the writing is short declaratives. The palette is a clear blue on a light background, medical without feeling cold. Inter is self hosted and subset so the font arrives from the same server as the page. The structure is where most of the thinking went. Instead of one services page, each service, each condition and each of eleven suburbs has its own page, written to answer the question a person would type into Google or ask ChatGPT, and they link to each other heavily. Fees sit on the homepage and on a dedicated fees page. Booking goes straight to Cliniko, because a form between a patient and a booking loses people.
The build
A home page under the PACT Health domain with service pages for dry needling, soft tissue release, joint mobilisation, exercise rehabilitation and chronic pain physiotherapy; condition pages for neck pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, tension headaches, TMJ jaw pain and hip flexor strain; eleven suburb pages from Miranda to Cronulla and Engadine; and pages for workers compensation, CTP, no gap, same day and after hours physiotherapy. Book online buttons go to Cliniko. Click to call, a skip link for accessibility, social links, a Google reviews link and an FAQ covering referrals, claims, parking and first visits.
