The setup
Google Business Profile setup is $150 and gets your listing matching the site, with reviews asked for with a link. Analytics and Search Console are $100, so you can see who comes and from where. Schema beyond the basics is $150 and tells Google what kind of business you are, where you are and how to contact you. AI search setup starts at $300 and prepares the site to be read and quoted by tools like ChatGPT. An SEO foundation setup starts at $500 and covers the structure, titles, headings and internal links across the site.
On the Growth plan
Growth is $229 a month and is what most businesses choose. It includes the site, hosting and security, plus WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility testing with a written report, schema and AI search setup, monthly Google Business Profile updates, an hour of edits, a monthly report and a dedicated account manager. We recommend it for health and NDIS providers because of the accessibility report. What we found in Sydney
In August 2026 we ran twelve tests on 185 small business websites across Sydney. 68 percent failed the check for being readable by AI tools, 15 percent had no structured data, and 28 sites had no main heading at all. Each of those is a morning's or an afternoon's work to fix, and they are the difference between being found and being skipped.
