Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, the free audit request, or the client intake form on this site, we collect the details you provide, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website URL, and a description of what you're looking for.
We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, including pages viewed, general location (country/region level), device type, and referral source. This is aggregated usage data and is not used to personally identify you.
How we use it
Form submissions are used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, or deliver work you've asked for. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and where the site can be improved. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are received and stored via Netlify Forms and forwarded to our business email. Analytics data is processed and stored by Google, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser add-on.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@elsio.com.au. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
