Allied health websites that read well to a patient and to a referring GP.

Elsio designs, writes, hosts and looks after websites for allied health practices across Sydney, from $290 a month with no setup fee. Fees as text, booking on every page, Medicare, NDIS, workers comp and private pathways each given their own route, and copy checked against the advertising rules that apply to you.

A practice manager needs a site that takes bookings, explains fees without a PDF, and reads well to a GP writing a referral. Most allied health sites do one of the three.

The patient is often in pain or worried, and often older, so the site has to be calm, readable and quick to book from a phone. The GP or the support coordinator wants your disciplines, your pathways and your referral process stated once, plainly. And the practice manager wants the fees, the funding and the parking questions answered on the page so the front desk stops answering them on the phone.

We build for all of it, and we build inside the rules. If your practitioners are AHPRA registered, testimonials about clinical care cannot appear in your advertising, and neither can anything that reads as a promise of an outcome. We check every line, and we tell you which rules apply to which of your disciplines before we write.

Fees and rebates as text

What it costs, what Medicare or the fund gives back, what a plan covers. On the page, not in a download.

Booking on every page

Cliniko, Halaxy, Nookal, Power Diary or the phone. Linked or embedded without breaking accessibility.

A route for each pathway

Private, Medicare, NDIS, workers comp and DVA patients each find their own answers in two taps.

Copy checked against AHPRA

No testimonials where they are not allowed, no promised outcomes, and the clinical claims kept to what you can stand behind.

One site for the clinic, with each discipline written properly.

Physiotherapy

Private, workers comp, Medicare and NDIS on one site, online booking, conditions written in the words patients search for. PACT Physio and Rehab is the live example.

Occupational therapy

Functional capacity assessments, home modifications, assistive technology, paediatrics. Heavy NDIS work, so the referral form and the plan management wording matter most.

Psychology

Medicare mental health plans, NDIS, private and EAP, with an intake form that respects privacy and a tone that lowers the bar to a first appointment.

Exercise physiology

Clinic, gym floor and mobile, chronic disease management and NDIS. Not AHPRA registered, so reviews can be shown and the programs can be described plainly.

Podiatry

General, diabetic foot care, orthotics, children and sport. Booking on every page and the Medicare and DVA pathways explained.

Dietetics

Medicare, NDIS and private, telehealth or in clinic. Not AHPRA registered, own code, and a site that sounds like a person rather than a pamphlet.

Physiotherapy, Sydney

Three funding pathways, one calm site.

Private, workers comp and Medicare patients each have their own path through the site. Online booking sits on every page, fees are written as text, the conditions are named the way patients search for them, and the design stays quiet because the person reading it is often in pain.

Visit the site

Growth is the plan for a practice. Here is why.

Only Growth and Ahead include the accessibility testing and report. For a practice that sees NDIS participants and older patients, that is where the site starts.

Essential

$190a month

No setup fee. 12 months, then month to month.

A three page site, hosted and secure. It does not include the accessibility report, so we do not suggest it for a practice.

Practices across Sydney.

Most of our health clients are in the south west, the Georges River area and the Shire. We work across Sydney and regional NSW.

Common questions from practice managers.

If your practitioners are AHPRA registered, which covers physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, podiatrists and chiropractors, the National Law does not allow testimonials about clinical care in your advertising, and your website counts as advertising. We leave review text off those sites and we check every line of the copy against the AHPRA guidelines, including anything that could read as a promise of an outcome. Exercise physiologists, dietitians and speech pathologists are not AHPRA registered and have their own codes, so reviews can usually be shown.

Yes, as text, not a PDF. A patient comparing three clinics at 9pm will book the one that told them the price and what Medicare or their fund gives back. If fees vary, a from price and a plain explanation does the job.

Yes. If you use Cliniko, Halaxy, Nookal, Power Diary or similar, we link or embed the booking so it sits on every page, and we make sure the embed does not break accessibility. If you take bookings by phone, the site says so and the number is one tap away.

Each pathway gets its own short route through the site, because each patient arrives with a different question. A workers comp patient wants to know you handle the paperwork. An NDIS participant wants to know you understand their plan. A private patient wants the fee and the rebate. PACT Physio and Rehab is built this way and it is live.

Growth at $290 a month with no setup fee is the plan we recommend, because it includes the accessibility testing and report, which matters for a practice that sees NDIS participants and older patients, and the schema that helps you turn up in search and AI answers. Ahead is $690 a month with a $500 setup and adds a new written page every month, which suits a multi discipline clinic adding services.
